I really like the mill colour app… if only my ipod had a camera, or the app did video. So, I went through all the looks and saved out a macbeth color chart. I then imported that into After Effects and got as close as I could using what I knew about grading. I made a set of presets that correspond to the looks that come with the app. They work well, especially if you put them on an adjustment layer and dial back the opacity.
However, I would never recommend relying on just a preset, there is always room for fine tuning.
